We are looking for an experienced and driven individual to take on a rewarding Mortgage Broking role. Based in a highly successful Brokerage, you are situated in the perfect position to work closely with the well established referral partners and partner with clients in a new, holistic way. Use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships internally and externally.
 
You will be working with a range of clients and need to have the skills to work with all types of loans, as well as undertake the full suite of broker duties from enquiry to settlement. You will have a support team to assist with compliance, loan processing and managing the loan process overall, so you can focus on what matters!

About you: 

  • Experience as a Mortgage Broker with a robust technical background
  • Motivated and driven to build strong and ongoing relationships with clients and customers
  • Strong ability to manage workloads autonomously and utilise the support of a team
  • Work towards great outcomes and celebrate success
  • A passion for helping people achieve their home ownership and financial dreams
  • Enjoys a challenge and solving problems with the ability to convert leads to loans


About the role: 

  • Manage the mortgage application process with admin support
  • Understanding clients’ goals, needs and loan borrowing capacity
  • Building relationships with customers and referral partners, building your brand in the market
  • Find appropriate loan solutions for customers, working with the support team analysing supplied documentation, matching to banks product and customer needs
  • Facilitate customer communication and correspondence
  • Receive regular training and coaching to continually be on the industry forefront
