Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing all customer strategies including customer retention, acquisition and customer experience programs
  • Managing core brand strategies including PR, social channels, websites, brand tracking, sponsorships and awards
  • Driving strategic partnerships with major residential builders in WA and Victoria, by collaborating to create market leading campaigns and events
  • Developing and adapting messages about industry changes and updates for key stakeholders
  • Owning key marketing agency relationships and ensuring accountability across digital, creative, PR and media
  • Delivering clear, concise and effective communications to internal stakeholders.

 
We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • 4+ years of post-graduate experience in a similar marketing role
  • Strong understanding of customer retention and lead generation strategies, across multiple channels and audiences
  • Experience in financial services, insurance or a similar highly regulated industry (preferable)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues, partner, agencies and suppliers
  • Knowledge of graphic and web design software (desirable but not essential)
