Our client is a full-service Financial Planning firm with a focus on providing easy-to-understand financial planning and mortgage services to empower their clients. As a Junior Client Service Officer/ Receptionist you will be responsible for being the friendly face for handling calls and greeting clients and performing essential office admin tasks. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring accurate paperwork and support implementing financial advice correctly. Additionally, you’ll need to exhibit strong judgement, prioritise tasks effectively, and be adaptable to take on various projects as needed.

What will you be doing?  

  • Handle calls and greet clients as the first point of contact.
  • Perform basic office admin tasks, including mail collection, printing, scanning, and meeting preparation.
  • Ensure accurate paperwork and proper implementation of financial advice, paying close attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate strong judgement and prioritise tasks effectively in establishing a daily routine.
  • Take on various projects and additional duties as required, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.

 
What do you need?  

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working within Financial Services
  • A strong knowledge of Microsoft packages (word, excel, PowerPoint and internet explorer experience)
  • Exposure to XPlan (financial planning software) and Worksorted (CRM) preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Effective organisational skills
  • Effective written communications skills
  • Time management skills
