Are you passionate about the financial sector and seeking an exciting opportunity in the advice field? Look no further! Our client is a leading financial services company, currently seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our fast-paced team as a Financial Advice Team Assistant for a 6-month contract role. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent administrative skills, and a drive to excel in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.
 
Responsibilities:
As a Financial Advice Team Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our financial advisors and processes. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist booking in client meetings for the financial advisors
  • Coordinating calendars and scheduling appointments
  • Facilitating completion of Advisor Service Agreements by clients
  • Handling correspondences and uploading to XPLAN.
  • Scanning paperwork into system
  • Assisting financial advisors with administrative tasks and backend of the processes as needed.

 
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Recent graduate with a degree in financial advising or entry-level candidates eager to enter the industry, OR prior experience in the financial advising sector.
  • A keen willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Familiarity with the financial industry, gained through either relevant experience or academic studies.
