As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying clients financial needs to recommend the most appropriate lending solutions.

Our client is a fully integrated finance broker that specialises in connecting brokers with commercial solutions for their clients.
 
As a Commercial Broker, you will be responsible for identifying clients financial needs to recommend the most appropriate lending solutions.

 What you will be doing: 

  • Ability to generate leads
  • Communicating effectively with customers in a timely manner via telephone, email and SMS
  • Contacting previous and pre-qualified new customers
  • Understanding and qualifying customer needs and objectives to match suitable loan options
  • Complete applications compliantly and selling ethically
  • Review and prepare applications to meet credit and lender requirements
  • Work with our lenders to finalise applications and settlements
  • Maintain and develop client relationships, identifying future referral opportunities
  • The ability to work within a team

What do you need? 

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker.
  • Experience with Commercial Property loans.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Business pipeline management skills.
  • Certificate IV in financial services/ Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking (preferred)
