We are currently seeking highly motivated professionals to join our prestigious client as a Case Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in providing dedicated and exceptional service to insurers and the client Trustee.
As a Case Manager, you will be the key point of contact for members and claimants, offering personalised support and attention to every claim. No two claims are the same, and you will have the chance to make a real difference by ensuring each individual receives accurate and timely information, all delivered with the utmost respect and sensitivity.

What will you be doing?
- Taking ownership of the claim and ensuring regular and proactive follow-up contact
- Create a positive experience by quickly establishing rapport with members.
- Lodge Death Insurance Claims or Disability claims and help assess by collecting relevant documents
- Effectively manage difficult conversations by actively listening, empathising, and identifying the member or clients’ real needs
- Manage a portfolio of claims and ensure an elevated level of customer service is upheld
What do you need?
- Customer service experience in a call centre environment
- Experience with processing TPD and Death claims processing ideal.
- Insurance experience highly advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to self-manage, prioritise work and oversee multiple tasks
- Understand and empathise with members needs
