We are looking for a driven individual to join a growing company working across finance and property development. Join an experienced team driving growth across several facets of their business. Taking on a role as their resident Mortgage Broker, you will be the point of contact for the lending needs of customers. This role has the scope to grow and can be really taken on and shaped by you, with an equity share of the business on offer long term.
As the company expands, builds and develops properties, you will be the first point of contact for interested parties, engaging with them to work through their lending needs. Managing this process from application to settlement, you will need to be strong on compliance and process, write up loans and understand loan borrowing capacity, all with a support person and offshore team, making sure you focus on the key parts of your role.

About you:
- Strong broking experience with your Certificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking
- Integrity and a driven attitude to work autonomously driving business growth
- Excellent customer service skills and a high degree of professionalism
- Proven experience in providing broking and lending advice to clients, taking the process from application to settlement
- Enjoys a challenge and solving problems with the ability to convert leads to loans
- Motivated and driven to build strong and ongoing relationships with clients and customers
About the role:
- Manage end-to-end processing of mortgage and finance applications
- Understanding clients’ goals, needs and loan borrowing capacity
- Building relationships with customers and referral partners
- Facilitate customer communication and correspondence
- Find appropriate loan solutions for customers, working with the support team analysing supplied documentation, matching to banks product and customer needs
