About the Role:

We are seeking a resilient, and professional collector with excellent customer service skills to work with our customers in arrears to find fair and commercial solutions.

Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that works hard but also likes to have a laugh.

If the following sounds like you, you’ll be a great fit:

  • 2+ years collections experience ideally in mortgages;
  • Sound knowledge of NCCP and the Privacy Act;
  • Experience with Finacle highly advantageous
  • Sound knowledge of mortgage recovery proceedings;
  • Demonstrated ability to meet set arrears targets;
  • Experience in dealing with security loan facilities;
  • Experience in litigation matters;
  • Ability to meet targets while providing exceptional customer service; and
  • Solid negotiation skills
