Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome and direct guests to the appropriate person/office/meeting space
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
  • Coordinate team and office administration
  • Order supplies
  • Schedule meetings and update calendars
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying etc..
