The successful candidate will be working collaboratively alongside the Director, working across all mortgage broking tasks. This is a diverse role where no two days will be the same. You will be part of a fun and energetic team!

We are looking for a keen individual to join a client of mine in the Mortgage Broking space as a Mortgage Broker Support Specialist!

The successful candidate will be working collaboratively alongside the Director, working across all mortgage broking tasks. This is a diverse role where no two days will be the same. You will be part of a fun and energetic team!

What will you be doing?

  • Working closely withthe Director/Mortgage Broker

  • Liaising with lenders and assisting in post-settlement calls to clients

  • Undertaking administrative tasks and servicing clients daily

  • Loan processing –from pre-submission through to settlement

  • Attending to client inquiries and requests

What do you need?

  • 2 years’ experience in Loans Processing/exposure to Mortgage Broking

  • MUST have experience working at a Mortgage Broking firm in Australia

  • Strong understanding of Mortgage Broking tools and platforms

  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients

  • Have the ability to coordinate multiple administration tasks
