This well-established Mortgage Broking firm based in Hawthorn, has a reputation for excellence in their field. They are searching for an experienced Loan Processor, who is polished, professional and thrives on working in a busy and high achieving team.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Liaise directly with clients and lenders ensuring a high degree of customer service
- Provide high level administration to the team
- Manage the loan process from submission through to settlement
- Lodge applications through Apply online and database/CRM management
- Ensuring all deadlines are met in a timely matter
- Collating all mortgage loan documents from clients
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role with the ability to provide loan processing support
- Ability to work autonomously and problem solve under pressure
- Ability to manage loan applications from application stage through to settlement
- Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking advantageous
- Excellent presentation skills and a hard-working attitude
