Our client is a customer centric Melbourne based Brokerage servicing Commercial and Residential Loans.
As a Junior Loan Administrator, you will be a pivotal part of the team, you will handle putting together applications and preparing files for lodgement until formal approval as well as reporting to the Credit Team Leader.

What you will be doing:
- Putting together applications.
- Preparing files for lodgement.
- Liaising with the Off-Shore Team and checking documents are correct.
- Manage daily workflow by ensuring all SLA’s are adhered to.
- Following up with the file until Formal Approval.
What do you need?
- 1-2 years Administration Experience or University Graduate.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging work environment.
- A genuine focus on client service when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders.
