As an Investment Manager, you will work closely with the Directors to:
- Support and jointly lead the origination, structuring and execution of property secured debt
- Property due diligence and credit analysis
- Prepare investment papers
- Assist with maintaining strong relationships with borrowers, investors and brokers

Who We’re Looking For?
You will have 3 to 10 years’ property finance experience gained within a non-bank lender, bank or
property investment manager. In addition:
- A relevant degree in Business, Commerce or Property
- A self-starter with a can do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
