We are looking for someone with either experience as a broker, in a support role or training and development, and is keen to get off the tools and help others, taking on a a unique role as a Training Coordinator/Credit Coach.
As part of one of Australia’s leading aggregators, you will work alongside the national training manager and state relationship managers who are responsible for providing ongoing support to their partners, with a diverse range of responsibilities encompassing engaging with clients and ensuring their partners are utilising their services to the fullest.
You will be part of a team that is passionate about the support they provide. In this role you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by equipping their network with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in the dynamic financial landscape.

About you:
- Experience as a Finance Broker or Loan Processor (Asset), or in a similar training or Credit Coach role
- Motivated and driven to build strong and ongoing relationships with clients
- Proactive and solutions focused, with a high attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage you workload and priorities and meet deadlines
About the role:
- Engage with clients/partners managing enquiries and providing support across the platform
- Proactive input into the development, ongoing maintenance, and facilitation of various training programs
- Input into the development of collateral to support training programs
- Active responsibility for efficient use of the platform across the network and proactively raising issues for potential action
- Proactively contribute to the ongoing improvement and functionality of the platform
- Professionally contribute to the growth of external brands, including attendance of industry events, trade exhibitions and professional development conferences.
