Job Duties:
On a day-to-day basis, your specific duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Data entry and completing Apply Online applications
- Collecting and preparing financial information from clients
- Ordering valuations, pricing and preparing as part of lodging client’s application
- Collating and storing client files
- Communicating with lender partners
- Providing updates of milestones to clients
- Assisting with credit solutions and assessing living expenses
- General broker assisting duties
- Assisting broker with packaging and lodging loan applications
- Managing the loan process
- Drafting and managing internal and external communications
- Assessment of the borrower’s circumstances (Mortgage/Loan fact find forms interview) and affordability (verified by income documentation).
- Gathering all the necessary documents required to assess home loan (Paystubs/ Payslip, Bank Statement etc)
- Completing a lender application form or Need Analysis form
- Submitting all documents to the lender.
- Corresponding with applicants for necessary documents request
- Keep up to date on the loan policies as well as regulatory requirements.
- Maintain Record of all the home loan application
- Client File Management, Compliance documentation, and daily office operation & admin covering tasks you normally expect in such a role – Data entry, Phone work, process improvement.
- Primary focus Preparation of Home loan applications.
- Support with Correspondence, and client communication.
- Attention to detail is important supported by a strong work ethic the basis for success in this role
- Follow the process of lending and reporting
