What we are looking for in you:
- A passion for teamwork and collaboration

- You have a minimum of 2 years experience in the financial services / non-bank lending industry
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Experience managing a pipeline of clients with multiple tasks & deadlines
- Professional, organised, able to work autonomously
- Be driven and self-motivated to exceed targets and strive for excellence
Settlements Officer
- You have a high degree of competency in computer and web applications
- You have excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail with excellent customer service knowledge
What will you be doing:
The purpose of the role is to ensure the compliance to business and regulatory policies in the
processing and management of loan settlements whilst providing “best in class” service for internal
and external customers. Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure loan documents and instructions issued to panel lawyers are correct and accurate.
- Ensure that anomalies in line with client identification are discovered in line with money
laundering legislation - Consistently review matter milestones and ensure timely progress
- Ensure that all incoming documents are accurate and in place

laundering legislation - Ensure the delivery of “best in class” customer service and continually stay ahead of market and
global trends relating to customer service delivery. - Ensure various legislative requirements are adhered to and actioned dependent on geography
- Provide general information and support to other team members both within Settlements and
other departments - Be able to work autonomously and demonstrate attention to detail, including having strong data
entry skills with a high accuracy rate - Have the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment whilst also adding to the
culture – a fun, energised, dynamic start up environment.
