Opportunity & Accountabilities
- Get in at an early stage for an up and coming fintech in the commercial lending space.
- Execute the Go To Market sales strategy for CitoPlus including:
- Target customer segmentation
- Marketing / Contact strategy (including the use of industry bodies, aggregators, lenders and social media)
- Management of sales pipeline
- Collectively with the co-founders and Head of Sales and Growth, you will be responsible for the customer growth story (acquisition, utilisation & retention)
Background
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the commercial lending space (lending, aggregator, broker or aligned technology partner) – ideally from Commercial Broker Business Development teams, aggregator partnerships
- Developed networks into the commercial broking industry across Australia
Skillset
- Strong relationship and sales / business development background
- Self driven and ability to work autonomously
- Strong presentation and organisational skills
- Ability to balance relationship development with being able to support a technology offering
- Hands on – we are early stage and everyone needs to be able to multi and cross task to get things done
