Gemi has been providing property secured debt funding since 2000 and is amongst the most experienced non-bank lenders in Australia. We are entrepreneurial, well-funded and pride ourselves on being easy to deal with and always follow through on our promises.
Gemi specialises in short-term, bridging style loans, particularly for urgent and more complicated transactions. We manage a portfolio in excess of $700 million and are proud of our 20 plus year track record of getting deals done and fostering lasting relationships with our borrowers and investors.
